Pre-Orders of Package Bees ​will begin in the fall for the 2025 season.

We guarantee that your queen is fertile and will lay brood. If she has not started laying within 20 days after the pick-up date, contact us immediately and we will replace your queen. If The Bee Box is not contacted within 20 days after pick-up, the replacement is void. Transportation and environmental factors can affect your bees and their overall health. Once you have picked up your packaged bees, The Bee Box is no longer responsible  for the well-being of the bees or queen.

Ordering & Pickups - Terms & Conditions:

• Order In Store, Online or by Phone.  Order EARLY as we tend to sell out!

• TOTAL COST OF BEES IS $175.00. A deposit of $100.00 is Required to place an order. Remaining balance of $75.00 must be paid prior to your bees being picked up. To pay in full, add both the deposit and remaining amount to your cart before you checkout.

• Failure to pickup your package on your scheduled pick-up date will result in forfeit of the hive(s).

• No Refunds Will Be Given After March 1, 2024.

• Spring (April) 2024 Dates have been filled and SOLD OUT. A representative from our store will contact you in March to schedule your exact pick-up date and time.  Please provide a current phone number - we do not schedule via email or text.

• All Orders include one complimentary year pass for our seasonal Beekeeper's Forums ($80.00 value)

• Orders filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Early orders are given priority.

• Minimal flexibility to change your pick up date once scheduled.  Fees may apply.

• Weather conditions may affect pick-up dates.
