Local Wildflower Honey
Our Local Wild Flower is a delicious blend of the natural wildflowers blossoming throughout the Sacramento Valley. Since our honey bees spend their days gathering pollen and nectar from these local flowers, this honey is perfect for relieving allergy symptoms. We characterize this honey as being the happy medium of sweetness between our Orange Blossom (extremely sweet) and Sage (very mild).
Pure, raw, & unfiltered: that is the description of every very variety of honey we sell. It has not been heated at high temperatures, and the natural pollens have not been filtered out.

Crystallization
Because our honey is unprocessed, it may candy. To liquify, place bottle in a warm water bath (do not boil) with the lid off until honey returns to it's liquified state.
